	Bryan Wiese Bryan grew up in Eagle Lake and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1992.  Soon after graduation, Bryan joined his father in Wiese Brothers, a rice farming business in Wharton County.  In 1996, Bryan furthered his business relationship with his father by partnering with him in Wiese Crop Insurance.  Bryan is a current board member of the Texas Rice Council and is on the Colorado County Rice Committee.  Bryan is married to the former Jennifer Strnadel of El Campo and has two boys, Cullen and Cayden. 	Tom Kelley Tom is a 1987 graduate of Texas A&M University and joined Wiese Crop Insurance in 1997, becoming a partner in 1999.  He is the owner of 3TK Cotton Scouting and has been checking cotton in the upper coast of Texas since 1991.  Tom has been in the cattle industry since 1996 and is a fifth generation rice farmer in Colorado County.  He is married to Vickie and has two daughters, Emma and Sophie.
